Sad All
The Time
MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER
Why ‘Sad All The Time’?
It’s a phrase many people with depression hear—or say about themselves—when the ache feels constant but too complicated to explain.
It’s not just sadness. It’s heaviness, emptiness, guilt, numbness, self-loathing, exhaustion, grief for the person you once were.
But we say “sad” because it’s easier. Because people don’t always understand the rest.
This project was born from that feeling.
From wanting to create a space where the unspoken parts of depression and grief could be seen, understood, and held without judgment.
Whether you’re someone living with depression, grieving the self you’ve lost, or walking beside someone who is—we hope this space brings you some comfort, clarity, or even just a quiet moment of feeling a little less alone.
